Infinite Entertainment International values the trust of our elite audience. Given the exclusive and limited nature of our event invitations, we have established a clear refund framework to ensure fairness and service quality for all attendees in Europe.
In the unlikely event that a performance or event is cancelled by Infinite Entertainment International due to technical issues, force majeure, or logistical reasons, a 100% refund will be automatically issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Requests for refunds due to personal reasons are subject to a 15% administrative fee. This covers the digital processing and secure transaction costs associated with our premium invitation system. Please note that requests made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.
